We generally took the trolley in the morning from the Westin San Diego to the convention center. It wasn't a long ride and we had a lot of fun talking with Comic-Con attendees - most without costumes, though! Doug and I talked with this couple while waiting for the shuttle and learned that they dressed in different costumes each day. We asked them to stop by the booth in case we didn't see them the next morning.
Well, we didn't see them on the trolley the next morning so they did stop by the booth to show us their costumes.
Thursday, July 23, Barry - born in Chiswick, England but now living near Bakersfield, California - stops by the booth. He tells Doug he'll be back again but wearing a different costume. In fact, he's been attending Comic-Con the past 6 years and wears different costumes each day he visits.
