With the purchase of Doug's 52-page book featuring 100 favorite gag rough rejects, from the thousands he's submitted during his 45-year career with Playboy, he personalized Unpublished Sneyd with a profile sketch - either of the fan or a lovely "girl-next-door" with bunny ears.
On the opening day of Comic-Con (Thursday, July 24) Michael Ludy, an animator on The Simpsons, and his wife Judy from Burbank, California, bought a copy of Unpublished Sneyd. Judy chose to pose for a sketch.
