Sandra Roberts, editor/publisher of PIE Magazine, along with writer Michelle Valencourt and photographer Ian James Hopkins visited Doug's studio recently for an interview/photo session. Playboy founder Hugh Hefner had just been interviewed for an upcoming issue of the Barrie, Ontario based-magazine, so Roberts thought it would be the perfect time to also interview Doug, a fellow Canadian and Playboy cartoonist since 1964.
PIE Magazine is a luxury lifestyle publication, released three times a year, with distribution in major bookstores across Canada and New York City. It can also be found in the rooms of the W Hotel chain.
