The first San Diego Comic-Con was held in the basement of the U.S. Grant Hotel in 1970, but Brian, a San Diego resident, admitted to Doug that this was his first visit to the pop culture convention.


Leo, another San Diego resident, told Doug that this was only the second time he's attended Comic-Con in the 40 years the convention has been held in San Diego.


This was Ryan's first visit to Comic-Con.
