SDCC: Exhibits Outside the Convention Center

The fun of Comic-Con keeps expanding beyond the convention center.

For several years NBC has used the Tin Fish, a restaurant located in the plaza directly across from the convention center, to promote its series.  The Blacklist, starring James Spader, was featured this year.  The series is so popular that NBC announced an episode will air February 1, 2015 in the coveted post-Super Bowl time slot.

Across the street from the Tin Fish, a modified 5-ton Hummer was drawing a lot of attention.  It was outfitted with gaming stations, in-game promo codes, entertainment and everyone's favorite - swag!

Outside the entrance to the Hilton Gaslamp, Assassin's Creed Unity set up an off-site obstacle course event.

The Hilton Gaslamp was branded with Terminus signage and also hosted The Walking Dead BBQ.

Some of the San Diego trolley cars got a makeover with advertising wraps promoting both Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the FOX series Gotham.
