News Cartoons - Art

Doug's single-panel Doug Sneyd news cartoons, distributed by the Toronto Star Syndicate, appeared daily in newspapers throughout North America for nearly 20 years, starting in the mid-1960s.

Some days Doug looked at the news, whether the economy or international politics, through an artist's eyes.

Other times, he viewed life, with humor, as an artist.
