C2E2 was open to the public Friday, April 16, from 1-7 p.m.; exhibitors, the press, publishers and visiting artists, however, could check out C2E2 at 10 .m. Doug started the 3-day convention by sketching Celeste, a pin-up photographer from Philadelphia.
Celeste agreed to have Doug add bunny ears to her sketch.
Illustrator David Dorman, a friend of Celeste's who was set up in Artist Alley, volunteered to take a picture of Celeste modeling for Doug so he could sketch her in Unpublished Sneyd.
