Setting up is always a busy time for exhibitors and artists; Doug and I were done in a few hours Thursday afternoon.
That evening we met friends for dinner at Sapori Trattoria, 2701 North Halsted Street/Lincoln Park, and a 7:30 p.m. performance of "Million Dollar Quartet" at the Apollo Theater, 2540 North Lincoln. The food was delicious and the music rocking!!!
FYI: "Million Dollar Quartet" was inspired by an evening recording session by Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins and Jerry Lee Lewis at Sun Records in Memphis on December 4, 1956.
