Minutes into the first day in San Diego, Doug did an 11 x 17 profile sketch of Amy (from San Jose, California). All of Doug's sketches - whether 9 x 12, 10 x 14 or 11 x17 - are done on Arches of France paper, which he's used for each of his 450+ cartoons published in Playboy since September 1964.
Doug, a Comic Special Guest at Fan Expo Canada August 23-26, will be doing commissioned sketches during the 4-day convention; please check the program for his location in Artist Alley.
